Arrival by Air
Closest Option: Fly into Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport (currently operating flights to/from 164 domestic and international cities). The airport is approximately 75 km from the main venue. You can choose to drive (approx. 1.5 hours), transfer to a high-speed train to Deqing Station, or take an airport shuttle bus to the Deqing City Terminal (approx. 70-minute journey).

Arrival by High-Speed Train
Direct to Deqing Station: (Direct or passing through from over 100 cities nationwide). The station is approximately 18 km from the main venue, about a 30-minute drive.
Direct to Deqing West Station: The station is approximately 11 km from the main venue, about a 20-minute drive.
If there is no direct high-speed train to Deqing from your city, you can transfer via Hangzhou or Nanjing. Hangzhou East Station is a core high-speed rail hub in the Yangtze River Delta region, with frequent daily departures to Deqing Station (13-20 minutes direct journey). Hangzhou East Station is directly connected to Xiaoshan Airport by Metro Line 19 (approx. 40 minutes), facilitating transfers for participants flying into Xiaoshan.
Arrival by Public Bus
After arriving at Deqing Station by high-speed train, transfer to Public Bus Y1 (Tourist Line) from Deqing Station to Yucun Square Station.
