With the theme "Tracking through Bamboo Seas, Exploring Mountain Trails," both the start and finish are set in the Moganshan International Tourism Resort in Deqing County, Huzhou City. The course traverses the rich natural and cultural landscapes of the Moganshan area, with 11 aid stations along the route—Luoxin Valley, Hebu Ling, Yinzishan Village, Wangwei Mountain, Qinlao Village, Xuantan Temple, Guangming Village, Fatou Village, Xiangshuiling Resort Hotel, Xiangyeshe and Biwu—forming a challenging and aesthetically pleasing closed-loop trail.

The course integrates the charm of ancient trails with contemporary path systems. Runners will weave through continuous bamboo seas, pass by numerous quiet villages, and experience the unique mountain living ambiance and pastoral poetry of Moganshan. The route also skillfully incorporates multiple natural water landscapes, such as the reservoir resources at Laoling, Duhekou, and Dongwu, which not only enrich the visual layers but also add a dynamic atmosphere to the course.

Sections with significant elevation changes, like Wangwei Mountain and Tianshan, test participants' endurance and climbing skills; while nodes such as Ziling, Shiying, and Shangjiangwan showcase Moganshan’s diverse landforms. The entire course covers technical mountain paths, forest trails shaded by bamboo, as well as open ridge sections with broad vistas, allowing participants to immerse themselves in Moganshan’s natural scenery while competing.
