As a medium-distance course, the MMG category also starts and finishes at the Moganshan International Tourism Resort, with four aid stations—Luoxin Valley, Fatou Village, Xiangshuiling Resort Hotel, and Biwu.

The course focuses on Moganshan’s classic villages and shallow mountain bamboo paths, connecting representative rural and ancient trail segments like Yangjiatian, Miaoxiaban, Laoling, and Ziling. It passes by serene water scenes and mountain hollows such as Qingcaotang and Shenjialing.

The overall trail conditions consist mainly of non-paved dirt roads, stone steps, and forest paths, with moderate technical difficulty and a smooth rhythm. Runners can enjoy the pleasure of running on gentle rises and falls like Shijiaoling and Fenshuiling, immerse themselves in the fresh scenery of Laoling Reservoir and Fangcunwu Bamboo Forest, and experience Moganshan’s most praised medium-distance trail route, known for being "highly runnable and picturesque."
